Windows Experience Index for Windows 8.1
I used to like the feature of Windows Experience Index. But I cannot find it on Windows 8.1. I have a brand new HP Pavilion and it's the pits believe it or not it's only 21 seconds faster than my old HP notebook (pavilion dm4) which is only dual core.
Anyway, I wanted to check why this brand new machine is so slow.
